Torque Diary is a car maintenance log and DIY companion in development. The Android alpha brings your vehicles, service history, fuel records, personal notes and owner-written job checklists into one garage.
No. It’s for people who care about their cars, whether that means maintaining a daily driver, doing occasional DIY work or keeping a long-running project organized. Each vehicle has its own saved history.
Android is being developed first. The app is still in alpha and does not have a public download yet. An iPhone version is planned after the first accepted Android release; there’s no announced date.
Not in the current alpha. It records information you enter; it does not read your car, diagnose faults or generate verified repair instructions. Car-aware AI and DIY assistance are planned.
Yes, the alpha supports personal notes with optional component details, named values and units. They remain your own observations—not verified factory specifications or automatic compatibility advice.
No. The current Android alpha saves records on the device. Full native backup and restore are still on the roadmap. Do not use an alpha build as the only copy of important vehicle history.
